Because our items are handmade and often made to order, we do not accept returns or exchanges at this time.
However, if there is a problem with your order—such as damage during shipping or an error on our part—please contact us within 7 days of delivery, and we’ll be happy to help make it right.
Refunds or replacements will be handled on a case-by-case basis.
Please note that colors may vary slightly due to screen settings, and slight variations are part of the handmade process.
